2017 Highlander vs 2017 Acadia Cargo Space
When it comes to engine power and capability, both of these SUVs have an impressive performance. Both vehicles produce over 180 horsepower and 180 lb-ft of torque at the base trim with a four-cylinder engine. The larger standard wheels of the Highlander give the vehicle a more confident look, but also improve the quick performance and acceleration rate.
As far as interior space goes, the rear seats offer you versatility in being either room for family and friends, or space for extra cargo. Fold the seats down in the Highlander and you get over 80 cubic feet of cargo room for all your belongings. The Acadia doesn't quite measure up when it comes to interior cargo space, but does offer an optional 3rd row of seating, keeping it in line with the Highlander's standard seven passenger interior.
