I took my time to buy a new car, so I was able to coordinate with almost every single Toyota dealership in the state of Massachusetts (and even some in New Hampshire) not just looking for new car stock, but for a sales person to work with that valued the customers needs and desires. I understand the market is tough and new car stock on the lots is almost non-existent, but this isn't a great excuse to be charging well above MSRP especially because everyone else is doing it. I've worked with many sales people charging "after market adjustment fees" as well as unnecessary add-ons like nitrogen inflated tires to ~$1300 finish protectant applications (and refusal to remove them) as an excuse to take more money from the customer. This was not at all the case at Lexington Toyota. I worked with Tim on pre-ordering a Prius Prime and he was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Jillian and Harley made the day of vehicle purchase go smooth and they were very helpful. This dealership is unlike most others - they value doing pleasurable business, respect the customer, and treat people fairly. No crazy negotiations necessary. I highly recommend doing business here because they will save you not just a lot of money, but also time.

Sat and waited about 75 minutes for very routine maintenance on my car. The service rep was very friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Some complimentary beverages are available.

It has been fourteen years since I purchased my last truck, and I wasn't looking forward to high pressure sales people in a mega store environment. I felt really fortunate to have found Lexington Toyota where I experienced neither of these negative things. Instead, Jillian Hanley, my salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and a great communicator. Calls were promptly returned and the deal was done quickly and seamlessly. Brent, who delivered the car to NH, was personable and helpful. I can't say enough about what a positive experience I had. Thanks to everyone at the dealership for delivering exceptional service which is so rare these days.

Super happy with the service at Lexington Toyota. They took care of what needed to be done, excellent communication, and had our car ready for us early, several hours before their estimated completion time. Kudos to Mike our service advisor, he is super courteous, friendly, and what is really important to us is that he is really great at communicating. He continually let us know how the work was progressing every step of the way. We never had to ask for the status. Also nice is that the mechanics seem/are super knowledgeable . They got the problem diagnosed very quickly, Mike called to let us know what was needed way before we expected. We approved the work and then the mechanics were super quick to get it done, they had our mini-van back to us way earlier then expected, and the repair bill was not too high or out of line with our expectations. Great experience, which can be rare when it comes to repair work on a car. Many thanks to Mike and the crew at Lexington Toyota. We give them 5 stars, two moons and a couple of comets with million mile tails!

I like the communication with them. No fancy gimmicks, they just get straight to the business. Got a tiny scratch not long after getting the car, and went back to them and got it fixed immediately with no cost.

The sales department impressed me with their pricing, honesty, and service. Everything about their pricing was up front and unlike every other dealership I spoke to, they never added any COVID surcharge. I highly recommend them for this alone. Among the many dealerships that I spoke with, they stood alone against the price gouging that was going on during the vehicle shortage. Additionally, they didn't employ any high pressure sales tactics or over aggressive mailing lists. If you're looking for a Toyota, look here.

bought a new Toyota Corolla here and just have to say it was great. The team here is honest, friendly and honest. would recommend to anyone buying a car start here. The process was smooth, and didn't have many hiccups. Is there was, they solved it quickly and honestly. Hopefully won't have to buy another car in 20 years but if do go back here. Lexington Toyota deserves all the accolades for its honest and warm services. We booked our first ever car with Joel's help and the experience has been phenomenal. He was so considerate to help us get allocated with a car we wanted with exactly the desired specifications and the color. We were so happy to have chosen this dealership because we didn't waste any time in hunting for a bargain because their pricing is beyond genuine. Also, their business manager: Harley was very helpful with our financing and he advised us in the best possible way. Thank you Joel for a wonderful experience at Lexington, we will never forget the warmth, the happy faces of the people working there, the aura and of course the best deal we cracked at your dealership!

Just bought my second car from Lexington Toyota. They were amazing the process was easy the staff was very friendly. The car I bought was a GR86 and these cars are very hard to find causing a lot of dealers (all the others I checked) to charge a markup. At Lexington Toyota no one ever even mentioned it. If you are looking for honest friendly and efficient in a car dealer this is the place for you. :)
