I was looking for a new car about two months ago. My family has purchased vehicles before in the past from Lexington Toyota so I knew they had great service. I went and spoke with a sales associate Daniel Green, and he was beyond helpful with everything in assisting me with finding the car I wanted test driving Making sure it was there making sure the paperwork was accurate having speedy inefficient time frames for me I would also like to add the finance manager unfortunately I forgot his name was also extremely professional kind, and courteous. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and I do recommend this dealership to anyone.

We just bought a 2026 RAV4 from Lexington Toyota and we had a really easy and great experience. Our salesperson Kevin was very professional, friendly, and helpful, as was everybody there we dealt with. They gave us a very good price and there were NO pressure tactics at all, which was greatly appreciated. We loved giving a smaller dealer the business, but they also offered us the best deal, so it worked out great all around. I would definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended!

Great service, fair pricing

I worked with Bash when I got my new car here. He made the whole process very easy, and pleasant. Fortunately the finance dept, were just as kind and helpful as well.

Everything that was done eas great, people were great. I had a few smaller issues that were not addressed instead it was said that they were "working as they should." Maybe they just weren't checked as they'd be noticed in regular use. And im still waiting on a part that was on national back order.

Excellent service from Kevin and Hilman. Consistent follow through by Kevin,always called back and and took care of issues in timely manner. Both Kevin and Hilman presented information clearly and thoroughly.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Lexington Toyota, thanks to Kevin. He helped me purchase a RAV4 and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out, though, is how he’s continued to take care of me long after the sale. Every time I’ve needed help with something — from small service questions to last-minute requests — Kevin has gone out of his way to make sure everything was handled. Most recently, he connected me with someone to help with a small touch-up paint issue, and it was taken care of right away. If you’re looking for a dealer who treats you like a real person and not just a transaction, ask for Kevin. 100% satisfied and highly recommend!

Service Dept is the best part of this dealership. I like how they show you ways to save and take care of your car. Nice timely service, great communication, and transportation, too.

Lexington Toyota was the second place I visited while shopping for a car. Kevin is the salesperson who showed me the available Toyota Corolla Hybrid cars, discussed the trims, and said to me, "You're not going to find a better price (for the car & trim) than what I have showed you!" The price was pretty good, but I had to shop around to see what was available. After going to two other dealerships (one which was a larger Toyota dealership on the North shore that appeared to have better prices, but the switched things around and padded the price!), I saw that Kevin at Lexington did have the better prices, so I went back. Not only did I get a better deal at Lexington Toyota, but the process was stress free and I actually would up ordering sills & dashcams to add; and the total price was still within my budget! Once I sorted out my insurance, I returned to pick up the car. Harley in Finance did a great job letting me know about all the extended warranties I could choose right away, or at a later date. Both Kevin and Harley did an awesome job, and made my first car purchase a breeze.

Excellent and friendly service.

I bought a car here three weeks ago, and the experience was average overall. On the positive side, the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, making the purchase process smooth. However, the facility was underwhelming—there was no showroom, and you had to wait for cars to be brought out, which made comparing vehicles difficult. This isn’t ideal for someone who’s undecided or just browsing options. In summary, it’s a decent place if you know exactly what you’re looking for, but I wouldn’t recommend it for those who want to explore or compare multiple choices in one visit.

This is the third Toyota dealership I have used for service. The first one kept me waiting quite a while. The second one Henry waiting 3 hours before they even started on my service. This location is old. The waiting area is sufficient but not fancy or particularly comfortable. However the service is so efficient. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this as the place to get your Toyota service

Toyota Lexington offers attentive, personal, and professional service! Dan helped us secure a new Sienna and the experience was really positive. It is a smaller dealership but the buy and trade-in process was seamless!

Highly recommend shopping at this dealership! I have spent the last month researching cars for sale and as I eliminated the other places, Lexington Toyota kept rising to the top of my list. I called them to ask if they would match a price that I had found at a different dealership. I was lucky enough to chat with Kevin. He put me on a brief hold and he came back and said, "yes!" Then when it came time to transfer ownership, Kevin said he would deliver the car to me! Living on the mid coast of Maine is not right up the street from the dealership. He said, "no problem, when are you available?" He met me at my town and we signed all the paperwork. I registered the car and he even attached the license plates. I am so thrilled with the ease of this purchase, that Lexington Toyota will be at the top of my list the next time I buy a car!

Great experience. Kevin was a friendly salesman. Harley was very thorough and also great guy to joke around with, he’s funny. And Joel is always kind Glad I didn’t go to the initial dealership I was at and went with these guys. Definitely recommend
