Fantastic customer relation, friendly, thoughtful and understood our needs and requirements. Espcially sensitive to a handicapped prospective client, where Frank treated both myself and my wife with dignity , respect and caring. This was not experienced at other dealerships so, it was duly noted. Frank went out of his way to pick me up at the car rental and bring me to the dealership. Friendly competent service. frank got all the paper work correct if though he was new on the job Even the finace manager was great going out of his way to get my new registration and sticker. The service dept had to do some extra work to get my plates off. All and all it was a great team effort.
I just purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry from Lexington toyota. They had great price compared to other dealers. The dealer had great customer service and my salesperson "Frank " , he is a great guy , very helpful , helped me pick the right car and the options inside the car. I would recommend anybody who is willing to purchase a toyota camry , its a great car and if you looking where you wanna go to get a good deal , its Lexington Toyota , and don't forget to ask for Frank . cheers

My husband & I went to Lexinton Toyota to look at the Rav4 and Camry (not even planning to purchase anything that day) We met Peter and did not feel that "salesperson-y" persona from him. At no point during our visit were we pressured or pushed into anything, he was very friendly and listened to what we had to say & answered all of our questions with confidence & honesty. We drove the Rav4, but decided to go the car route....We test drove the Camry LE and then asked if they had any SE's in stock; it just so happened the only one they had was just taken off the delivery truck. We were able to negotiate the exact price we wanted to pay plus a trade-in with ease!!! I have never encountered that in any car dealership before. We went there at 2:00 on Tuesday afternoon, finalized the deal by 5:30 & had financing in place by 6:00pm. We picked up our car at 6:00 the following night. Peter was a very low pressure, informative salesman. He had good answers to all our questions. He did not hype or apply any pressure tactics. He price was extremely fair and he gave us a very goo deal on our trade in. I recommend Peter without.reservation.

My name Nathan and as a rule I do not trust car salesmen, but I needed a new truck and I have done a ton of research on the Toyota tundra. Peter met me at the door and right away I liked his style he showed me exactly what I asked for an explained the financial details without pressuring me to make any quick descisions. The truck wasn't easy to find Peter and his team searched for my truck for two days and found an exact match for the features I wanted.
