I bought a car here three weeks ago, and the experience was average overall. On the positive side, the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, making the purchase process smooth. However, the facility was underwhelming—there was no showroom, and you had to wait for cars to be brought out, which made comparing vehicles difficult. This isn’t ideal for someone who’s undecided or just browsing options. In summary, it’s a decent place if you know exactly what you’re looking for, but I wouldn’t recommend it for those who want to explore or compare multiple choices in one visit.

My husband and I love Lexington Toyota. Recently bought a new car there this week. Kevin was our sales associate. He was informative, easy to reach and a pleasure to work with. Thanks to everyone including Sean and Harley.

He kept us informed about delivery dates- it took seemingly forever, but we got what we wanted. Dan walked us through all the new options and helped us set up the dash cam( thank goodness!) Excellent and friendly service.

This is the third Toyota dealership I have used for service. The first one kept me waiting quite a while. The second one Henry waiting 3 hours before they even started on my service. This location is old. The waiting area is sufficient but not fancy or particularly comfortable. However the service is so efficient. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this as the place to get your Toyota service

Toyota Lexington offers attentive, personal, and professional service! Dan helped us secure a new Sienna and the experience was really positive. It is a smaller dealership but the buy and trade-in process was seamless!

Highly recommend shopping at this dealership! I have spent the last month researching cars for sale and as I eliminated the other places, Lexington Toyota kept rising to the top of my list. I called them to ask if they would match a price that I had found at a different dealership. I was lucky enough to chat with Kevin. He put me on a brief hold and he came back and said, "yes!" Then when it came time to transfer ownership, Kevin said he would deliver the car to me! Living on the mid coast of Maine is not right up the street from the dealership. He said, "no problem, when are you available?" He met me at my town and we signed all the paperwork. I registered the car and he even attached the license plates. I am so thrilled with the ease of this purchase, that Lexington Toyota will be at the top of my list the next time I buy a car!

Buying a car at Lexington Toyota is the way car buying should be. It is a small, family run dealership with personal, no pressure service. I have dealt with large and fancy dealerships that confuse me with endless options, each one costing more than the last. Everyone I dealt with at Lexington, from the sales rep, to the financial officer, took time to inform me of options and to explain things so I could make an informed choice. At no point did I feel any pressure to buy anything or any confusion about what I was buying. I had a long list of preferences for my vehicle, having just sold my BMW SUV, they guided me to a Limited Edition RAV4 that is fabulous to drive and affordable, with great safety technology. I would recommend Lexington Toyota to anyone, family, friends, or otherwise.

Dave at the service desk was helpful and efficient. He--as well at the tech who fixed the recall problem for my 2021 RAV4 Prime in just 45 minutes--deserve raises. Tell George Grey I said so.
