In the past I found the process of buying a car to be very uncomfortable. I contemplated using a broker to avoid having to deal with negotiations, especially since this was my first ever new car - at 75! I talked to Kevin Ayalas about this when I first came to Lexington Toyota and he helped to put my mind at ease. He made the process very easy - communication was great, I was happy with the amount for my trade in and I felt like a got a good deal on my Corolla Cross Hybrid. I had such a positive experience I would not hesitate to recommend Lexington Toyota.

In 2005 my wife and I made the shift to both become Prius owners. Last week we traded in our 2007 and kept our 2015. Since now the Carolla has Prius Hybrid technology that became our new car of choice. My first car was a used English Ford purchased back in 1966 for $200. This Carolla is our 16th new car, and being in the $20K range partly sealed the deal. Our 20 years of service, support, dependability and trust from Lexington Toyota was also key. Since 1966 I have been involved with public, elementary/middle school teaching and administration both locally and internationally serving schools in: Bedford, Nepal, Haiti, Philippines, Venezuela, Ukraine, Armenia, and Pakistan. The best teachers DO NOT TEACH, they help others learn. The kindness and support of Kevin Ayalas placed him well above the best of the best educators. Not only was he expert at helping us learn new safety and design features, he excelled by conveying the new computer technology of driving. Teaching people age 80's like me who find learning computer and cell phone skills are something only the best educators can best teach. I hope ten years from now, when we trade in our 2015 Prius, Kevin and Lexington Toyota will be our first stop. We plan to trade in our Carolla in 2046

I was looking for a new car about two months ago. My family has purchased vehicles before in the past from Lexington Toyota so I knew they had great service. I went and spoke with a sales associate Daniel Green, and he was beyond helpful with everything in assisting me with finding the car I wanted test driving Making sure it was there making sure the paperwork was accurate having speedy inefficient time frames for me I would also like to add the finance manager unfortunately I forgot his name was also extremely professional kind, and courteous. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and I do recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great service, fair pricing

We just bought a 2026 RAV4 from Lexington Toyota and we had a really easy and great experience. Our salesperson Kevin was very professional, friendly, and helpful, as was everybody there we dealt with. They gave us a very good price and there were NO pressure tactics at all, which was greatly appreciated. We loved giving a smaller dealer the business, but they also offered us the best deal, so it worked out great all around. I would definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended!

I worked with Bash when I got my new car here. He made the whole process very easy, and pleasant. Fortunately the finance dept, were just as kind and helpful as well.

Excellent. friendly service

Lexington Toyota was the second place I visited while shopping for a car. Kevin is the salesperson who showed me the available Toyota Corolla Hybrid cars, discussed the trims, and said to me, "You're not going to find a better price (for the car & trim) than what I have showed you!" The price was pretty good, but I had to shop around to see what was available. After going to two other dealerships (one which was a larger Toyota dealership on the North shore that appeared to have better prices, but the switched things around and padded the price!), I saw that Kevin at Lexington did have the better prices, so I went back. Not only did I get a better deal at Lexington Toyota, but the process was stress free and I actually would up ordering sills & dashcams to add; and the total price was still within my budget! Once I sorted out my insurance, I returned to pick up the car. Harley in Finance did a great job letting me know about all the extended warranties I could choose right away, or at a later date. Both Kevin and Harley did an awesome job, and made my first car purchase a breeze.

The sales staff are very helpful and Phillip Blanc went over with me in detail how to operate the new systems on my Prius 2025.

Toyota in lexington always gives top notch service. I get my car back on time, the problem is fixed and the car is clean. Im very happy with them and have been for several years.
