Bought a new car there recently. The saleseman was young but knew his stuff, helpful, enthusiastic but not pushy. Answered my questions, volunteered info, answered questions I didn't know I should ask. Good experience there. The business manager was low-key and helpful; there was a little upsell for additional services (which I actually took one of), but more in the spirit of being helpful than pushy. Everyone I met there was friendly. They looked around for a car that matched what I wanted, found one that was coming on a boat from Japan (but not to LexToy), and swapped with some other dealer to get it to come to them so I could buy it. Overall, very good experience, love the new car.

Dave at the service desk was helpful and efficient. He--as well at the tech who fixed the recall problem for my 2021 RAV4 Prime in just 45 minutes--deserve raises. Tell George Grey I said so.

My Corolla broke down in Maine; Pep Boys jerked me around and couldn't fix it, so I had it towed to Lexington, where Mike and the service crew did a terrific job of getting it back in great shape, all while working with the insurance company to get me some money back. Very pleased, as always!

Making an appointment is as easy as it gets. When you leave it there at the dealership, they text you when it’s completed. This time the oil change was quick, which was great. They are really efficient here.
