Automatic computer service appointment system is awful. Lost my appointment after a week. Wouldn't confirm my appointment. Difficult to actually talk to a representative.

I was on vacation and my car wouldn't start. In a frustrating situation the Lexington Toyota team top to bottom were fast, helpful and thorough in the process and communication. Dave in customer service kept me updated as they quickly got my car in, identified the issue and fixed it at a very fair price. I highly recommend the Lexington Toyota Service center and their entire team! Thank you for making a frustrating vacation situation a bit easier to handle.

I take my car here for service. Generally it is an efficient experience. Just yesterday I was having a minor problem. They were able to resolve it quickly without trying to upsell me unnecessarily. And because I was due for routine maintenence (which I had already scheduled for this weekend) they just took care of that too.

If anyone wants to buy a used car from a dealership that makes everything really pleasant and easy, they should go to Lexington Toyota in Massachusetts. Our sales person, Kevin A., was aces with us, along with everyone else there. He is so friendly and eager to do whatever he can to make a person’s purchase the best one for their needs and make the process go as smoothly as possible. If you request it, at no charge he will even drive the car to your mechanic for a before purchase evaluation! Prior to this purchase we let him know we were considering a car elsewhere but would still be interested if something came in that fit our list of features. Within just a few days Kevin contacted us with the best possible surprise of an almost new car that was priced just at the top of our buying range. When we saw the car and pointed out a few things that needed attention, including balding tires, Lexington Toyota put on four new tires at no extra charge on the contract price and gave us a trade-in value that exceeded what we expected! This was our second purchase from this dealership and we could not be happier. We have just returned from our first driving trip to PA in this spiffy looking car that averaged more than 52 miles per gallon, has a crystal-clear media/backup screen, Bluetooth for listening to music from a mobile phone with Autoplay and so many other features that we are enjoying! Wow! What a way to travel!! Thank you again, Kevin!!

The entire process of purchasing our new Camry went swimmingly. Hillman, Harley and Sean were excellent in all aspects of our purchase. They were so well organized in facilitating the entire sales process, especially with all the computer set up procedures. Anxiety over purchasing our first hybrid was totally negated.

Making an appointment is as easy as it gets. When you leave it there at the dealership, they text you when it’s completed. This time the oil change was quick, which was great. They are really efficient here.

My Corolla broke down in Maine; Pep Boys jerked me around and couldn't fix it, so I had it towed to Lexington, where Mike and the service crew did a terrific job of getting it back in great shape, all while working with the insurance company to get me some money back. Very pleased, as always!
